About Me

Abstract

Hello! I'm an experimental particle physicist focused on probing the nature of dark matter. I'm originally from Colorado, and I got my Bachelor's in Physics with minors in mathematics and computer science from the University of Colorado as a Boettcher Scholar. I then went on to a Master's program at Stony Brook University in New York for a year, where I got really excited about dark matter detectors. This interest in dark sector physics took me to University of Oregon to pursue my Ph.D in physics. Here I work with Tien-Tien Yu and the SENSEI collaboration to look for dark matter particles in our galaxy by using ultra-sensitive detectors placed deep underground. I also work with Eric Torrence and the FASER collaboration to search for dark matter produced in high energy collisions at the Large Hadron Collider. I have been lucky enough to be a part of some really talented teams of scientists that are driving new constraints in dark matter parameter space. I've authored or co-authored 10+ peer-reviewed publications, including articles in PRL and JHEP.

Now

Currently leading the dark photon analysis for FASER, studying charge traps in SENSEI CCDs, working on the fourth dark matter search with SENSEI and writing my dissertation.
